Mr. Conrad has been President of Conrad Capital Management
since founding the company in 1997. In this capacity, he serves the
needs of his clients by performing primarily fee-based financial
planning and investment management services with the utmost of
professionalism, integrity, and prudence.
For seven years, Mr. Conrad has acted as lead fund manager for a

Mr. Firoozeh is the COO of Conrad Capital Management and has been with the firm since 2004.
He leads the development, design, operation, and improvement of the systems that create and
deliver the firm's products and services. These areas include portfolio management, specialized
client service needs, and business development. Mr. Firoozeh operates from a standpoint of
delivering the highest possible fiduciary standard of service when managing and servicing all
client accounts.
Mr. Firoozeh holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Hitanshi Thaman

Ms. Thaman is an Investment Associate at Conrad Capital. In this capacity, she undertakes
research to provide ideas and information to fund managers at CCM. The information Ms.
Thaman provides enables the fund manager to make the most intelligent possible decisions
relating to the investment methodologies which govern client portfolios.
Ms. Thaman is pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree at Stony Brook University.
